RUSH SHIPMENTS	Please request FedEx, UPS Air: Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. We will promptly take care of your needs.
SHIPPING POLICY	Packing India prepays and invoices you for the charges. Your order is shipped from the nearest location. UPS is used whenever possible. If your order exceeds UPS size or weight limits, a "Common Carrier" will be used. ₹150 handling fee will be added to shipping charges. If your area falls under Octroi, an extra ₹500 will be charged.
RETURNS	Call 730-730-9100 to receive an authorization number or complete the form on the back of the packing list and return the merchandise within 30 days. We have a 30-day return policy – no questions asked! If you're unhappy with what you received, email us at buy@packingindia.com. We’ll help replace it, but customers must pay return shipping charges. If any item is misplaced or broken in transit, the customer is responsible for the cost.
